Email support@viaamp.com with your order number and what happened. If the item hasn’t shipped yet you can cancel and get refunded yourself from Your orders — no email needed.
Account and selling questions
Most answers are in the Help center. For anything it doesn’t cover, email support@viaamp.com. Sellers on a paid plan get priority handling.
Reporting a user, listing, or message
Don’t email this one — use the “⋯” menu on the profile, listing, live room, or message thread. It attaches the context reviewers need, and blocking takes effect immediately. What’s allowed is set out in the Community Guidelines.
Privacy, data, and legal
Data export and account deletion are self-serve under Settings → Account. For privacy requests, appeals, copyright/DMCA notices, or arbitration opt-out, email contact@viaamp.com. See the Privacy Policy and Terms.
